Welcome to the WCTF Career Conference Registration Site!ย
The 2026 Conference theme, Taking Care of Your Business in Turbulent Times: Wellness and Resilience for Ourselves and Those We Serve, centers on the understanding that caring for our communities begins with caring for ourselves. In times of uncertainty and change, tending to our wellness is critical for us to keep moving forward. This conference creates space for reflection, restoration, and renewal. You will be equipped with practical strategies to remain grounded, resilient, and effective in your personal and professional lives.
Through dynamic keynote presentations and engaging workshops attendees will explore wellness as both a personal practice and a collective responsibility. The sessions emphasize sustainable practices in leadership, service, and self care that enhance professional performance, and contribute to the long term health of the institution. Together, we will examine how a commitment to wellbeing strengthens leadership capacity, and enables us to thrive individually and collectively well into the future.
This conference is open to the public!
We welcome individuals of all genders, ages, races, ethnicities, abilities, and professional backgrounds to join us. Whether you are a student, educator, professional, or community member, you are invited to participate in this enriching and inclusive experience.
